She has a combination of both technical and pedagogical training and has leveraged this knowledge in the area of media and education in both K-12 classrooms and higher education institutions. She has experience in the field of international development, designing and managing education initiatives in parts of Africa and the Middle East. Her research interests lie at the intersection between education, media, and religion. She is currently a PhD candidate in education at St. Antony’s College, University of Oxford.
